The NHS offers a range of local confidential sexual health services providing advice and support on all areas of sexual health such as sexually transmitted infections, contraception, emergency contraception (morning after pill) and free condoms.

Being sexually healthy is about having the skills, confidence and knowledge to take care of yourself and others. Safer sex is about making choices about the sex you are having and the contraception you use to protect you and your partner against unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STI’s).
