Question: How do you develop “A Great Place to Work”?
Answer: You employ great people, provide great training and development and work on it together all of the time!
We like to think that we are living our values every day.
We “Put people first” by listening to their ideas through the Staff Forum, involving them in the development of anything new that will impact their working lives and ensuring that work life balance is a priority.
Through our “Commitment to quality” we constantly strive to improve the way we do things. The NHS is changing all of the time to respond to the demands of an increasingly complex health economy and this is mirrored within our organisation.
“Delivering results” is always a priority. The majority of our staff live in Hampshire so they have a vested interest in ensuring that we are developing the very best health services.
Finally, in “Speaking well of ourselves and others”, we recognise that the team that delivers health and health care to the citizens of Hampshire extends far beyond the walls of our buildings. We are privileged to work with professionals from across many partner organisations throughout Hampshire and beyond.
We believe that you'll enjoy working with us, and we know that if you share these values, you’ll be an invaluable member of our team.
