Older people’s health is linked to their social situation and to their ability to look after themselves in later life.
NHS Hampshire is working closely with Hampshire County Council Adult Services Department, voluntary groups and other organisations to improve services and care for older people and to make sure that agencies are equipped to deal with the needs of Hampshire’s increasing population of elderly people.
